Evolution

pre.node56 - node56 recently came to life as a limited company when three creative people came into contact through voluntary youth work at thedropinn.org (1085617). We all ran a series of workshops and projects for the young people at the centre (see www.thedropinn.org/media), and fundraiser events for the independent youth charity (see www.node5.com/events). Each workshop and event build a reputation for innovative good work, we were all recognised for the great work including a national award.

The success led to even bigger projects(see profiles to see who we are and what we've done). Now we have reunited through The Drop Inn and formed a social enterprise used as a commercial trading arm for the charity. We now get to work full time in the creative industries we love while still remaining supporting the charity, our foundation that set us up.

node56 - node represents the connecting point for us and expansion of services, and de56 is the point we all connected.
